Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Entry Study collects when you visit this website or buy a digital guide, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, provided at checkout so we can deliver your purchase and confirmation.
- Order details: which product you bought, the amount paid, the date, and the status of your download link.
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
Payment information
Card details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure checkout and are never seen, handled or stored by Entry Study. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the billing email address.
How we use your data
- To deliver the digital product you purchased and issue your secure download link.
- To send your order confirmation and, where necessary, respond to support requests.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations for recording sales.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Download links expire 30 days after purchase.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to restrict how we use it. Email us at entrystudy@outlook.com or use our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to run the site and process payments securely. We do not use advertising cookies.
